A huge global tech company looking for an Admin Assistant with excellent communication and numeracy skills to assist with processing of purchase orders and invoicing across the business.
The position is to start immediately and will be ongoing for 9 months with possible extension.
Based hybrid / flexible working option available. Ideally in the office in Central London for training.
Duties:
- Responding to issue tickets from internal teams
- Creating new Purchase Orders
- Updating Purchase Orders
- On-boarding new vendors into systems
- Compliance checks
- Invoice issue resolution
- Expediting payments
Skills:
- Excellent communication skills
- Numerate
- Strong MS excel (pivottable and vlookups)
- Attention to detail
- Ability to prioritise workload
