We are excited to partner with a renowned media and content company in London to find an Accounts Payable Assistant for their central finance team. This role offers a unique opportunity to develop your skills within a vibrant, fast-paced environment, alongside a passionate team.
Responsibilities:
Process purchase invoices and payment runs
Post transactions onto SAGE, following finance procedures
Process expense requests across the business
Prepare, distribute, and reconcile monthly statements
Reconcile the external content tracker monthly and raise related sales invoices
Post monthly journals on SAGE, reallocating costs to content budgets
Manage Accounts inbox, handling queries professionally and promptly
Ad-hoc finance and content-based duties
Requirements:
Analytical and methodical, with strong attention to detail
Excellent communication skills, engaging with all levels professionally
Confident self-starter, adaptable to changing priorities
Experienced with Google Sheets, Excel, and SAGE Line 200 (or similar)
