We're looking for an Accounts Assistant to join an acclaimed artists' group in the heart of London! The ideal candidate will be comfortable overseeing the purchase ledger, reconciliations and VAT returns. Within this immediate and hybrid role, responsibilities include:
- Balance Sheet & Bank Reconciliations
- Debit and Credit management
- Accruals & Prepayments
- Raising & preparing Customer Invoices
- Purchase Order & Supplier Inputting
- Cost reporting
- VAT returns
- Posting Journal entries
- Ad-hoc financial tasks
Requirements:
- 2+ years transactional finance experience (creative/arts/media preferred)
- Advanced Excel skills
- Studying towards finance qualification (AAT/ACCA/CIMA)
- Strong interest in the arts and creative space
