We are actively seeking an experienced Workplace Coordinator to join an Entertainment company on a 6-month temporary basis. In this role, you will play a crucial part in the day-to-day operations, providing hands-on support in the office environment alongside a large team. The primary requirement for this position is a demonstrated track record in facilities.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise soft service vendors (reception, cleaning, catering, mailroom) and technical service vendors.
- Oversee the operational management of service vendors delivering technical services.
- Ensure compliance with statutory maintenance, inspections, reports, and documentation, maintaining accurate records.
- Conduct routine site inspections to uphold facilities to agreed-upon standards.
- Coordinate internal resources and third-party vendors for the execution of facilities-related projects within defined scope, budget, and industry best practices.
- Enforce adherence to appropriate policies, procedures, and systems to deliver high-quality services aligned with the Facilities Operations strategy.
- Cultivate and manage relationships with clients and stakeholders effectively.
- Collaborate with local groups to develop operational solutions, streamline processes, and meet reporting requirements, fostering strong communication lines with key stakeholders across sites
- Assist teams in implementing moves, adds, and changes across facilities in collaboration with the Workplace Planning team
- Undertake additional related duties as directed or required.
