Fantastic new opportunity for a VIP Hospitality Coordinator to join an exciting Sporting Brand on a 6-month temp contract. Based in their London office, you will be responsible for the hospitality/ticket management for upcoming events. Strong administrative and customer service skills are required for this position.
Key Responsibilities:
- Liaising with a calligrapher, finding posting addresses and posting the physical invites
- Stand tickets and payment processing
- Printing name badges ahead of each events
- Box gifts admin process
- Helping to cross check VIP spreadsheets
- Assisting with co-ordinating board attendance
- Raising purchase orders
- Assisting with contacting other venues with general VIP admin (i.e., final names, dietary, car registration etc).
Key Requirements:
- Strong administrative skills
- Advanced knowledge using excel spreadsheet
- Experience using Smartsheet's is desirable
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
- Immediately available
