Handle have the pleasure of partnering with a multi-award-winning Talent Management and & TV Production company, who are seeking a skilled Ticketing Lead to join their team.

This is a pivotal role that will consist of overseeing the smooth running of ticketing set up and sales, creating and providing ticketing strategies and working closely with the live promotion team!

We are looking for Ticketing candidates who have strong data analysis skills, an underrating of the ticketing landscape in London and an in-depth understanding of CRM email marketing platforms, ideally within Live Entertainment, Touring, or Venues! This role is based in their lovely offices in West London, you will be joining a close-knit team who work collaboratively. The team requires a candidate who is able to come into the office 5 days a week.

Key responsibilities will include:

  • Presenting information generated from data analysis to stakeholders.

  • Researching and testing new ways to make use of data.

  • Setting up processes and systems to make working with data more efficient.

  • Collate and populate sales figures and reports with insights and analysis for multiple live tours, events and productions.

  • Problem solve and work closely with venues to ensure effective communication regarding sales.

  • Handle reporting/ticketing issues and escalate matters where necessary.

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Highly organised and great attention to detail.

  • Highly skilled data analysis and Excel.

  • Understanding of live ticketing landscape the UK.

  • Ability to work autonomously and without supervision specifically in relation to data analysis tasks.

  • Knowledge of data visualisation software such as TABLEAU and POWER BI advantageous.

  • Have proven customer relationship management lead experience.

  • GDPR experience
