Technical Lead - Python | Python, AWS, Restful APIs | £75,000 - £85,000 | London | Hybrid - 2 to 3 days a week
My client are an exciting Software Start-up who are now part of a Global Consumer Health Champion and they are looking for an Technical Lead to work on their exceptional product line and look after a technical team.
The successful candidate will be leading a team that focuses on the technical Backend of the products and providing technical leadership across both the Engineering and Product teams.
The essential experience needed for this role is:
Team Lead, Technical Lead or Engineering Management experience of a small team
Software Engineering experience - Must be in Python
Ability to build Restful APIs
Experience of building services in the Cloud with AWS
Agile methodology experience
Understand data and how it can be used to help the business
Experience with recruiting, hiring and developing a team of engineers
The responsibilities of this role include:
Responsible for hiring and developing a diverse team of engineers to support the business as it scales
Lead engineering initiatives that help deliver the best experience for their customers
Collaborate with other areas of the business to build best in class solutions for their customers and partners
Responsible for strengthening and creating Software Development and Devops processes in the organisation
The role is a hybrid role and the successful candidate will be required to be in the office for 2 - 3 days.
