Fantastic new opportunity for an experienced Team Assistant/PA to join an established TV/Film company supporting their Ad Sales team to optimize and prioritise their time for the benefit of the business.
Responsible for anticipating challenges, proactively adjust schedules, manage stakeholders and work with internal teams to deliver to agreed deadlines and acting as a central point of contact for the team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Organise and schedule meetings
- Process and submit expenses
- Prepare meeting agendas, perform research for meetings, meeting minutes
- Build and design PowerPoint presentations
- Book business travel arrangements, including flights, transportation, and accommodation
- Internal and external correspondence with senior stakeholders
- File / document management
- Manage projects and follow-up with team members where required
- Organise team events / conferences
- Maintain a strong working relationship with all other relevant departments
Key Requirements:
- Available immediately
- Experience as a Team Assistant supporting stakeholders at a senior level
- Highly organised and excellent communication skills
- Able to take initiative
- Strong Attention to detail
- Brilliant Time-Management, Workload Management, Multitasking, Professionalism, Scheduling, Planning, Resourceful
- Experience using Microsoft Office - including Intermediate to advance PowerPoint skills
