Look no further! This fab role will support the Marketing Manager and wider team with all things admin. Duties will include:
- Prepare and manage all event and marketing documentation, such as event project sheets and powerpoint presentations. Utilizing company and department tools and dashboards accordingly such as sharepoint, salesforce, smartsheet.
- Process and manage all legal documents.
- Process and manage finance documents and invoices, raising PO's and following up on invoice payments.
- Manage and update industry events radar (calendar)
- Manage event guestlists and sales databases
- Support project management team with processes and updates, using project management tool.
- Support global and local events with planning, logistics and admin (including Cannes Lions, DMEXCO, Future TV Advertising Global)
- Support live events with logistics and event registration
- Manage internal communications for marketing team with event updates, using internal instant messaging tool / email / events radar / weekly team meetings
- Benchmark and research such as venue finding, competitor activities, merchandise, event entertainment
Role requirements:
- Demonstrable marketing / brand management experience with a passion for the media, the brands, the entertainment and premium video industries
- Experience working with senior management and cross functional teams
- Experience in an admin-based role
- Ability to multi-task in a high intensity environment w/multiple competing priority and drive complex projects to completion under tight deadlines
