We're working with a leading music service to find a Global B2B Marketing Lead with experience in music, media, and entertainment. This is a fantastic opportunity to shape the marketing strategy of a well-established, premium brand that works with major broadcasters, brands, and media companies worldwide.

The Opportunity:

This role is about targeted, strategic marketing-shaping messaging, optimising campaigns, and ensuring marketing efforts align with both creative brand storytelling and commercial business goals. There's room to bring fresh ideas while benefiting from an established and respected brand presence.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and develop the global B2B marketing strategy to drive awareness, engagement, and conversion.

  • Position the company as a premium music provider, focusing on long-term customer relationships.

  • Work closely with regional marketing teams, in-house creative resources, and senior leadership to align brand and business objectives.

  • Oversee digital marketing, content strategy, partnerships, events, and paid campaigns.

Who We're Looking For:

  • Proven B2B marketing experience in a global role, within entertainment and a passion for music.

  • Understanding of music licensing, content usage, and key industry players across TV, online, and brand sectors.

  • Expertise in digital marketing, brand building, and growth strategies ideally within a subscription-based or digital platform environment.

  • A strategic thinker who is also hands-on, with experience in social, paid media, campaigns, partnerships, and content marketing.

  • Someone comfortable working between creative and commercial mindsets, ensuring marketing both inspires and delivers business results.
