Great opportunity to join a busy Procurement team at a global media and entertainment company. This is an initial 5 month temporary contract and is a hybrid role, (3 days in the office, 2 wfh).

This role offers the opportunity to gain hands-on experience working on business-critical projects within a fast-paced procurement team. The role will predominantly be working on a variety of sports related projects supporting stakeholders and assisting with multiple sourcing projects including supplier bids, evaluating supplier risk, ensure compliance with confidentiality protocols, including helping Legal secure supplier contracts / non-disclosure agreements.

Candidates will need to have excellent communications skills as this role will involve close liaison with both suppliers and stakeholders.

The role will involve:

  • Provide active support to the Sourcing Team in executing departmental activities.

  • Lead and manage multiple sourcing and procurement projects with team collaboration.

  • Serve as an internal resource to address sourcing-related queries, including identifying new suppliers, analysing spend and requirements, and supporting stakeholders.

  • Conduct market research to inform and enhance team projects.

  • Assess supplier data access and evaluate potential business risks.

  • Handle sensitive procurement information, including contracts, NDAs, COI applications, and licensing agreements.

  • Maintain and manage supplier relationships to ensure timely project execution for both the Global Sourcing Team (e.g., tenders) and broader company initiatives.

Candidates will ideally have a keen interest in sport and broadcast and must have excellent communication and organisational skills
