Great opportunity to join a busy Procurement team at a global media and entertainment company. This is an initial 5 month temporary contract and is a hybrid role, (3 days in the office, 2 wfh).

This role offers the opportunity to gain hands-on experience working on business-critical projects within a fast-paced procurement team. The role will predominantly be working on a variety of sports related projects supporting stakeholders and assisting with multiple sourcing projects including supplier bids, evaluating supplier risk, ensure compliance with confidentiality protocols, including helping Legal secure supplier contracts / non-disclosure agreements.

Candidates will need to have excellent communications skills as this role will involve close liaison with both suppliers and stakeholders.

The role will involve:

Provide active support to the Sourcing Team in executing departmental activities.
Lead and manage multiple sourcing and procurement projects with team collaboration.
Serve as an internal resource to address sourcing-related queries, including identifying new suppliers, analysing spend and requirements, and supporting stakeholders.
Conduct market research to inform and enhance team projects.
Assess supplier data access and evaluate potential business risks.
Handle sensitive procurement information, including contracts, NDAs, COI applications, and licensing agreements.
Maintain and manage supplier relationships to ensure timely project execution for both the Global Sourcing Team (e.g., tenders) and broader company initiatives.

Candidates will ideally have a keen interest in sport and broadcast and must have excellent communication and organisational skills
