As a multilingual Social Media Manager, you will be responsible for setting strategy and implementing all social media marketing.

With the business preparing to introduce a new festival brand, the Social Media Manager will play a pivotal role connecting to new audiences from the announcement to the festival launch.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Creating a comprehensive social media strategy aligned with the brand's goals and objectives

  • Planning and executing campaigns across various social media platforms including Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, TikTok, and more

  • Producing high-quality, engaging, and on-brand content including graphics, videos, and written posts

  • Fostering and engaging with our online community, encouraging user-generated content and brand advocacy

  • Tracking and analysing social media metrics to measure the success of campaigns and strategies.

  • Collaborating with influencers, partners, and other stakeholders to amplify our reach and engagement

The ideal candidate will have:

  • A strong understanding of social media platforms, their respective audiences, and best practices

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills - English, Spanish and Portuguese

  • A creative mindset with a keen eye for design and detail

  • The ability to analyse data and provide actionable insights

  • Previous experience with social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer)

  • Be familiar with graphic design tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Canva) is a plus
