Handle Recruitment is seeking a B2B Marketing Executive ready to move into a Senior Marketing Executive role for a leader in healthcare events! Due to recent investment in the portfolio this is an exciting time to be joining the business.
As a Senior Marketing Executive you will be able to use your previous multi-channel marketing experience in a commercial environment to own and run your own marketing campaigns using the latest marketing automation and CRM technology, social media, events, and digital/online marketing channels.
Accountabilities:
- You will be responsible for increase new business acquisition, working effectively with the sales teams to drive revenue growth
- Your skills support help to develop and co-ordinate activity across multiple channels including email, PPC, website, print, events and social media to drive lead generation, improve customer insight and sales conversion
- You will be creating compelling, needs-based campaigns that clearly articulate the value of the products and services we provide
- You will review customer metrics (sales, revenue, opens, clicks, CPR, CPA etc.) and create a robust testing plan, underpinning the effectiveness of all campaign activity
- You will develop customer data builds to increase effective targeting, response/conversion rates
- You will be able to use your knowledge to exploit our marketing automation platform (Marketo) to deliver effective direct campaigns
- You will be using market intelligence and analysis to increase understanding of our audiences and effectiveness of our campaigns
- Your knowledge and expertise will add value to the wider marketing teams at Wilmington PLC to develop talent and drive operational excellence
This is an ideal role for a high-reaching individual, with multi-channel marketing experience in a B2B environment who is looking for an autonomous marketing role within a growing organisation.
You will also have;
- Sufficient marketing experience obtained in a B2B environment
- Consistent track record in direct marketing, campaign management and digital marketing
- Good understanding of online audiences' behaviour, needs and changing trends
- Able to work to challenging targets within tight timeframes, prioritising and setting clear measurable and achievable goals
- Validated experience of developing strategic plans and budgets
- Ability to spot opportunities and transform ideas into practical reality and review existing challenges and generate fresh solutions
- Ready to work as part of the team and test and innovate to drive results
- In-depth understanding of web analytics (Google Analytics or equivalent packages)
- Email marketing and data segmentation skills - marketing automation and CRM experience highly desirable
- if you don't have Marketo experience, experience of working in the healthcare or life sciences market would be sufficient
