Senior Executive Assistant to CEO (Temp)

Central London (In-office, 5 days a week)

£65-70k hourly equivalent

We are delighted to be working with a leading global tech company to find a highly qualified Senior Executive Assistant to support their CEO. This is a critical role that demands exceptional organisational abilities, strict confidentiality, and the capability to excel in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide comprehensive support to the CEO, adeptly managing a complex and dynamic workload in a fast-paced setting.
  • Prioritise tasks effectively to maximise the CEO's productivity and time management.
  • Uphold the highest standards of confidentiality and professionalism.
  • Communicate clearly and effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Collaborate seamlessly with a team of Executive Assistants to ensure high-level support.
  • Adapt to the demanding environment, demonstrating flexibility with working hours, including after-hours support when necessary.

Requirements:

  • Experience: Proven track record as an Executive Assistant at Global C-suite level.
  • Skills: Exceptional organisational skills, meticulous attention to detail, and the ability to prioritise effectively under pressure.
  • Confidentiality: A deep understanding of the importance of confidentiality in an executive setting.
  • Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Team Player: Ability to work collaboratively within a team of EAs.
  • Flexibility: Willingness to accommodate flexible working hours, especially during the CEO's travels.
  • Location: Must be based in Central London and available to work in-office 5 days a week.
