Iconic Global Entertainment Studio have an immediate need for a Sales Liaison Assistant to support international content sales/licensing. This temp role will run for 12 months with a view to extend and requires a highly organised and detail focussed candidate to join ASAP. Duties will include:

  • Provide ongoing day-to-day support to VP helping to answer multiple deal/product questions from key local Sales Teams.
  • Manage and update trackers that will be circulated to Sales Teams providing monthly sales updates to ensure synchronization between SST, local sales and global SVOD.
  • Work closely with SST Sales Admin team, and with local Sales Admin team (as required), in preparing product availability reports across all genres of programming including Feature Films, Scripted and Non-Scripted Series, Documentaries and TV/Film Specials including creating curated avails for clients upon request
  • Coordinate with the creative services team
  • Support VP in addressing regular adhoc queries from legal, marketing, ops, finance
  • send through synopsis information and series listings when requested
  • Keeping on top of industry updates, channel/platform launches and overall market intel and circulating to the Sales Team
  • Liaise with clients with respect to screener/promo access and client product queries.Work with VP to help create and organise pitch materials for 1st-run series/features/specials, library TV series/features/specials & docs for SkyShowtime covering included content and any incremental opportunities.
  • Track the timing & progress of all pitches.
  • Participate in pitch calls with customers, help to co-ordinate all follow up requests and ensure these are met.Liaise with customers on materials, production updates and product information on an ongoing basis and as updates are received.

This hybrid role will involve 3 days working in fantastic Central London office space working with a warm, inclusive and highly successful team of dedicated people.
