Handle Recruitment is seeking a Project Manager with experience across sales enablement and transformation with Salesforce to support a global consumer tech business.

*This is a 12 month contract to start asap, day rate is up to £500 PAYE Inside IR35, hybrid working three days a week in London office*

This role will operate in the EMEIA Sales Enablement & Transformation team focused on landing critical capabilities for the Enterprise and Education Sales teams. The role will need to develop clear understanding of current state regional sales processes, current state data & technology architecture and influence the global technology implementation team to optimise delivery roadmaps. You will be critical in working with subject matter experts across the business to ensure that the specific regional requirements are accounted for and that users are supported through the deployment journey.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with key stakeholders across the regional Enterprise and Education Sales teams.

  • Facilitating communication between business units and the global technology implementation team to ensure alignment and successful project delivery.

  • Gathering and documenting business requirements, ensuring that they are communicated effectively to technical teams.

  • Planning, executing, and overseeing Salesforce implementation projects within the region, ensuring they are delivered on time and within budget.

  • Developing detailed project plans, including timelines, resource allocation, and risk management strategies.

  • Monitoring project progress, identifying potential issues, and implement corrective actions as necessary.

  • Conducting thorough analysis of current regional sales processes, data, and technology architecture.

  • Identifying areas for improvement and provide actionable recommendations to optimise Salesforce solutions.

  • Collaborating with subject matter experts to ensure that regional requirements are incorporated into the global implementation roadmap.

  • Co-ordinating and executing testing for EMEIA region flagging where bugs are found

  • Adaptability and Problem Solving

  • Ensuring that end-users are adequately supported throughout the deployment journey.

  • Working with Support team to troubleshoot issues post-deployment where needed.

To be successful in this role you will have:

  • Extensive proven experience as a Business Analyst and/or Project Manager, preferably within Salesforce environment.

  • Strong understanding of Salesforce platform capabilities and best practices.

  • Excellent stakeholder management skills, with the ability to communicate effectively at all levels of the organisation.

  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail.

  • Proficiency in project management tools and SDLC methodologies.
