Our global tech are looking for a detail-orientated Project Coordinator to join the team with immediate notice to support the Audit Team. You'll be assisting in day to day project activities such as meeting minutes, documentation, plans, reports, directing tasks and controlling the schedule, maintenance of project databases, metrics etc.

  • Pay rate of £123 - £146 per day
  • 9 months temp
  • Hybrid working (1 day in the office, 4 days remote)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Project Management: managing team projects and tasks, diligently tracking deadlines and ensuring they are met.
  • Schedule Management: maintain an overall project schedule that empowers our teams to achieve success, aligning with project milestones.
  • Progress Monitoring: keep a close eye on project activity, reporting on significant milestones and ensuring progress is transparent to all stakeholders.
  • Meeting Minutes: taking minutes of important discussions and decisions accurately.
  • Team Updates: provide weekly updates and reports to the team on open items and deadlines, ensuring everyone is informed and aligned.

What we're looking for:

  • 2-3 years of solid project coordination/management experience, demonstrating your ability to navigate complex projects successfully.
  • Experience in writing comprehensive meeting minutes, ensuring no detail is overlooked.
  • Proven ability to multitask and prioritize effectively, thriving in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to work independently while maintaining all deadlines and critical obligations, showcasing your reliability and accountability.
  • Effective time management and organizational skills, essential for juggling multiple tasks seamlessly.
  • Demonstrated ability to establish processes, workflows, and standard procedures, driving efficiency and consistency.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, or any project management tool, enabling you to manage project documentation and data effectively.
