Handle are thrilled to be working with one of the world's exciting global independent record label. They're seeking a dedicated Physical Sales/Physical Inventory Manager to focus on physical sales of Vinyl, CDs and merchandise. This role will provide huge hybrid flexibility and an excellent roster where you will have the chance to manage sales and prepare new releases coming from the label.
Key features will include:
- Managing shipping communications and all customer relation requests regarding documents and shipping
- Managing orders and transfers for products between European warehouses
- Developing product launch campaigns along with retail partners
- Developing new customers for exclusive physical launches
- Managing local projects to help assist retail marketing and sales targets
- Weekly tracking and reporting on general marketing activity for label projects at physical sales outlets
- Presenting UK/EU updates and activities at bi-weekly marketing team meetings
- Providing weekly market updates and activities at bi-weekly marketing meetings
The ideal candidate will have:
- Experience within physical music production
- Experience within stock control and inventory management
- Excellent networking skills
- Strong organisational skills
