Handle have partnered up with a Global Entertainment business and we are looking for a UK Payroll Manager to join a growing team in Hammersmith on a hybrid working model.

We are looking for candidates who have worked for large Multi-national business, working across a large payroll team and management experience, this role will be managing x5 Analysts and remote workers so experience with remote workers is desirable.

Responsibilities include:

Time and Payroll team management
Payroll processing, statutory reporting and audit support across the business
Payroll SLA, controls and compliance standards
Oversee Stock Options/RSU and LTIC payments (Local transfers)
Act as primary vendor contract
regulatory compliance and knowledge of tax and UK guidelines

EMEA Payroll SLA, MCPO Vendor exposure
Payroll qualification
Retail/Entertainment industry experience
SAP and MCPO payroll models
Workday
