Part-Time Receptionist (FTC) - TV
Part-time (2 days a week) receptionist role for a multi award winning production company based in West London. The receptionist will greet visitors to the office, making them feel welcomed and direct them to the appropriate people. Assisting with general administration and housekeeping tasks, answer and direct calls and emails, organise post and deliveries and perform other ad-hoc tasks.
- £12-14 per hour, depending on experience.
- 1 year FTC.
- West London based.
- Office hours are 9am-5.30pm
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Meeting and greeting visitors with a positive, helpful attitude.
- Welcoming new employees, showing them around the office and providing them with access fobs.
- Maintain reception area and all common areas in a clean and tidy manner at all times.
- Booking and scheduling meeting rooms and making sure they are ready for visitors.
- Organising refreshments for meetings as and when required.
- Answering and directing phone calls in a polite and friendly manner; taking messages when necessary.
- Booking and logging all couriers and taxis.
- Booking parking spaces for guests.
- Receiving deliveries; sorting and distributing incoming mail.
- Franking and posting outgoing mail.
- Helping maintain workplace security by issuing, checking, and collecting access fobs and office keys as necessary and maintaining visitor logs.
- Ordering general office supplies, including stationery, cleaning materials, kitchen supplies of tea/coffee when required.
- Monitoring and logging attendance, leaver dates, holidays and sickness alongside the Senior Receptionist.
- Providing general administrative support for the office.
Skillset & Requirements:
- Hospitality, customer facing or receptionist experience
- Immediately available
- Helpful and proactive attitude to work
- Reliable and trustworthy
- Available on Thursday and Fridays ideally
