A fantastic opportunity has become available for a PA / Office Manager within the Music Industry.

Our client based near Islington is looking for someone with Music / Entertainment background.

With the busy period coming up, the right candidate needs to be available immediately.

The successful candidate will be needed for 3 months but the busy period is until the end of January so the company will need someone to support them as soon as possible.

Ideally looking for someone who works well under pressure, nothings to precious and happy to get involved in the day to day of the office. If they have a Music background then it's ideal as part of the role is managing a heavy inbox so they need to know the technical side of the business. If not then TV / Entertainment works well too with the creative side.

Parts of the role include:

  • Supporting the boss as their PA (Travel, diary management and expenses)

  • Office managing (keeping the day to day of the office together and running smoothly)

  • Supporting the General Manager and the team in the office

  • PA Personal side

Nice variety and a good job where two days aren't the same. This role will be fast paced and busy, and will have a lot to get involved with daily in the office

Might even be given some research work to look up different events and help coordinate them.

The company is closed over Christmas from the 19th Dec- 4th Jan, if you are away for Christmas this could work.

09:30am-5:30pm

The ideal candidate needs to be:

  • Available immediately

  • Able to come into the office 5 days a week

  • Have a background in the Music industry
