An exciting new opportunity for an experienced PA to join a successful Luxury Goods company, supporting the Head of Department based in their London office on a hybrid basis, providing administrative support and develop an understanding of the needs and preferences to ensure a smooth running office.
Key Responsibilities:
- General Admin - organise, preparing letters, reports and other documents.
- Managing diaries and organising internal and external meetings and appointments
- Make travel arrangements as required
- Ensure there is sufficient stationary supplies within the department
- Screen and direct phone calls and distribute correspondence
- Prepare documentation such as agendas and figures for meetings/ presentations and co-ordinate any project work
Key Requirements:
- Available to start immediately
- Excellent knowledge of and proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Visio
- Attention to detail and strong administration skills
- Strong customer service focus when dealing with both internal and external parties
- Brilliant time-management skills and the ability to multi-task
