We have a new exciting 6-week temp position starting ASAP with an Online Car Comparison Company. They are seeking an Operations Sales Administrator who will be responsible for up to 80+ leads a week, so the ideal candidate will be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
This is a fantastic opportunity for a proactive individual who has previous customer facing experience and a go-getter mentality!
Responsibilities:
- Being the first point of contact for potential leads and giving them an excellent customer experience
- Managing background checks and onboarding processes
- Setting up new clients to the database
- Educating new customers on the company process to generate more sales
Requirements:
- Available to start immediately
- Automotive experience is desired but not essential
- Excellent telephone manner
- Previous experience of working in a busy customer facing environment and are comfortable making a number of outbound calls and sending emails
- Fantastic verbal and written capabilities.
- Knowledge of Salesforce
