Handle are thrilled to be working with a music service business who offer comprehensive services to Musicians, Labels, and YouTubers with a suite of distribution and monetisation services. They're looking for a passionate Music Partner Operations Specialist to join their collaborative team, who will work closely with the Partnerships Manager to support clients with their inquiries and assistance with releases/uploads. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be excited about the music industry, and have a strong sense of responsibility.
Key responsibilities include:
- Provide information and guidance to clients on using and maximising our products or services.
- Stay up-to-date on music industry trends, policies, and new products to keep clients informed.
- Respond to client inquiries and concerns via different communication channels.
- Troubleshoot and resolve client issues.
- Assist with daily tasks like ISRC embeddings.
- Suggest new features or improvements to our music products or services based on client feedback.
- Track and document client interactions and inquiries in a CRM.
- Escalate complex or unresolved issues to the appropriate department or supervisor.
- Advise clients on product selection and availability and follow up to ensure their satisfaction.
- Collaborate with other teams within the company to provide comprehensive assistance to clients.
The ideal candidate should have:
- Some experience in client support/relationships is desirable.
- Experience with YouTube is desirable but not required (CMS, Content ID, Monetisation, etc.).
- A passion for music and YouTube.
- A strong attention to detail.
- Enjoys building relationships and with focus on data administration.
- Strong organisational skills.
