Handle Recruitment have partnered with a tech company who are looking for a Media Contracts Coordinator to join their Acquisitions team on a 9 month contract.
Reporting into the team's Senior Director, this role is vital to the execution of the overall acquisition strategy and supports key stakeholders both internally and externally.
- Head up the customer relationship management by tracking and prioritising external partners communications
- Assist on reviews and audits of deals catalogue
- Regularly collaborate with the wider team to ensure clear lines of communication with external partners
- Assisting the team with maximising the rights exploitation management
- Liaising with internal teams to ensure the process of a deal runs smoothly and escalating any bottlenecks or issues
- Once deals are completed, ensuring compliance and processing runs smoothly and legal and financial obligations are met.
The candidate
- Analytically minded and data driven
- Strong project management skills and ability to prioritise a busy workload
- Previous experience working across legal/commercial contracts and familiarity with terminology would be highly advantageous
- High level excel and data manipulation & extrapolation
- Natural communicator who can interact with ease across all levels of the business
