Marketing Executive (Germany) - Retail

The opportunity offers the chance to shape and develop the brands exposure in the German market, you will come with excellent written and oral communication skills in English; German language skills are a huge plus!
Key Responsibilities:
Manage end-to-end offline acquisition marketing campaigns in Germany
Localise marketing campaigns for the German market in collaboration with internal and external stakeholders
Report on market performance, KPIs, customer feedback, and competitor analysis
Plan and execute offline acquisition campaigns, including parcel inserts, direct mailings, out of home activities, and advertorials
Coordinate with third-party agencies for media planning and booking
Communicate plans to internal stakeholders and ensure coordination of activities
Liaise with the Print team for implementation of marketing plans
Support cross-channel marketing teams with translation agency work
Identify and deliver new initiatives and partnerships to enhance brand awareness
Analyse customer and campaign performance, suggest actions for improvement
Measures of Success and KPIs
Experience and Skills Required:
3+ years of marketing experience in the German market (retail industry preferred)
Direct marketing experience, particularly in offline channels
Strong time management skills and ability to work independently and in a team
Excellent attention to detail and proofreading skills
End-to-end campaign management and coordination with stakeholders
Good understanding of the German retail and e-commerce market
Passionate, driven, and customer-focused
