A fabulous, unique West London institution centred around catapulting young people's careers into the media and creative industry is recruiting an Assistant Marketing Manager to look after all things Marketing & Events!
This role will work closely with the senior leadership team to develop and execute sophisticated marketing plans aimed at increasing brand awareness and admissions to the school!
The role:
Develop marketing & communications strategies to boost engagement, student admissions and enhance brand awareness
Lead the creation of engaging marketing materials, including digital and social content and print assets, in close collaboration with external stakeholders
Analyse marketing metrics and provide insights on performance for maximum impact and optimisation
Lead on employer-driven projects with media industry partners, ensuring clear communication and excellent event and project management
Stay updated on trends, developments, and best practices within the media industry and education sector.
Make a positive contribution to the wider life and ethos of the business and safeguard the brand
The Ideal Candidate
An interest in working with young people's education and passionate about the media and creative industries
Prior experience working within a similar business with an in-depth understanding of industry best practice
A strong project manager with impeccable stakeholder management experience
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Keen attention to detail, appreciation for processes and can-do attitude!
