A music label are looking for a Financial Planning & Analysis Manager to join their UK Finance team and act as an integral intermediary between finance & key departmental figures within the wider central music function - both within the UK and globally.
The main purpose of this position is to disseminate valuable financial insights that support growth, corporate strategy and decision making.
Reporting directly to the Vice President this roles main duties include but are not limited to;
- Responsible for supporting the annual planning cycle for the UK
- Acting business partner with core music business areas tracking actual to plan
- Budget management
- Ensuring all strategy plans filtered down through the organisation are robust and will drive impactful business decisions
- Variance analysis and key metric reporting
- Managing the consolidated P&L and monthly board reporting
- Design and roll out of strategy reporting tools
- Support development and continuously improve KPI reporting
Candidate Requirements
- Strong analytical and data interpretation skills
- Minimum of 5 years post qualification experience of month end reporting and FP&A.
- ACA/ACCA/CIMA qualified
- Experience of working in the music industry or creative environment
- Excellent time management and organizational skills
- Critical thinker and driven to get under the root cause of problems and issues
- Proven high standard of communication skills with finance and non-finance
