About the Role:
We are seeking a highly organised and proactive Management Assistant/PA to join a fantastic team in Amsterdam! In this role, you will provide crucial support primarily to the CFO and President, working closely with the Senior Executive Assistant. You will be part of a global music company with offices across the world, requiring effective communication across time zones and the ability to respond promptly to queries.

This position is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is willing to offer flexibility in their working hours when needed.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide comprehensive calendar management, including scheduling, coordinating, and managing internal and external meetings for executives.
  • Prepare and draft correspondence for meetings, including agendas, notes, and follow-up actions.
  • Coordinate and arrange travel for executives, including flights, trains, and hotels.
  • Handle credit card and expense report submissions for executives in a timely manner.
  • Support ad-hoc projects, such as preparing presentations, reports, and special assignments for the executive team and broader organisation.
  • Assist in organising events, managing PR efforts, and handling internal communications.
  • Provide support to the CEO in the absence of the Senior Executive Assistant.

Who You Are: You are a motivated and detail-oriented professional with a proactive approach to your work. Confidentiality, professionalism, and efficiency are second nature to you. You enjoy problem-solving, have a positive attitude, and are a strong team player.

Key Skills and Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 3 years' experience in a similar role within a fast-paced, international environment.
  • Experience or interest in the creative or media industries is highly desirable.
  • Exceptional organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet tight deadlines.
  • A flexible mindset with a strong commitment to teamwork and collaboration.
  • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with the utmost discretion and professionalism.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to interact confidently and professionally at all levels of the organisation.
  • Proficiency in Google Workspace tools.
