A leading entertainment technology business are looking for an experienced Project Manager/Business Architect to build on their existing licensing system, implementing new procedures and integrating it with other business systems.
The ideal candidate will be a ambitious with prior project implementation experience as well as someone with a working knowledge of SQL or equivalent who create reports from scratch.
Duties will include:
Create and administrate data fields within the ticketing and CRM solution to creating new tables as and when needed
Use APIs to integrate, write and report on the ticketing and CRM solution
Business partner with Development , Product, Technical, Legal, Commercial and Finance across the business gaining their input and implementing changes to the system based on their feedback
Thoroughly documenting any work completed for future administration by subsequent staff
Building end to end processes, capturing all the dependencies and inter-dependencies
Creating the necessary procedures and protocols
Solution testing
Providing training to the existing team on the system once the project concludes
The ideal candidate will have proven experience defining and running finance related systems projects end to end. They will understand customer master data management, invoicing, credit control, and will be capable of understanding contracts and extracting salient data.
