Previous experience and/or a good working knowledge of music marketing/distribution will be beneficial however if you can demonstrate your passion for the following key attributes then we want to hear from you!

A natural flair and love for all things organisation and process and a skilled multi-tasker

The ability to manage a varied and busy workload in a fast-paced and deadline driven environment where priorities change constantly.

Duties will include:

Admin support to Director of Marketing and wider team
Liaising with all stakeholders on the timely set up and delivery of all artist physical, digital and audio digital products. Coordinating advertising, content and marketing materials.
Creating and updating regular artist project reports, project decks, physical product sales notes and writing pitching information for digital releases.
Managing storage of assets
Co-ordination on various project needs across the board for e.g. Liaising with promoters on ticketing, helping arrange artist events etc.
