Handle is working with a well known Sports Body to recruit an IT Support Analyst for 1st and Second Line Support duties.
This is a hybrid role, part on-site, part remote. You will be responsible for providing 1st Line Support to the business which will include receiving, prioritizing, documenting, and actively resolving end-user help requests and escalating incidents when considered appropriate. Solves problems using diagnostic and tracking tools, as well as hands-on help at the desktop level.
Provide 2nd line technical support to the customer help desk for problems that are uncommon or too technical for 1st line support.
