We're looking for an Interim Accounts Assistant to join a growing retail group in the heart of London! Joining this hybrid and fast-paced working environment, you will be maintaining the general ledger across the group, had experience working with NetSuite, and be available immediately.
Responsibilities:
Maintain accurate general ledgers, timely reconciling balance sheet accounts
Post global payroll journals, accruals and prepayments
Allocate and recharge corporate costs within the group
Reconcile inter-company charges and agree on balances
Ensure compliance with regulatory standards in financial records
Submit financial reports on time to meet deadlines
Identify and implement process improvements and automation for efficiency and accuracy
Compile and post journal entries in NetSuite with proper documentation
Conduct ad-hoc financial and analysis tasks, as needed
Requirements:
3+ years transactional and end-to-end financial experience (ideally in retail)
AAT or Part-Qualified Accountant (ACCA/CIMA) is a plus
Experience working with NetSuite software (ERP Systems)
Advanced Excel Skills
Practical knowledge of UKGAAP/IFRS
Excellent time management and organisational skills
