A global sports agency has a brilliant opportunity for an experienced Hospitality Account Manager to join their Formula 1 team. This role is specifically focused around providing premium hospitality and guest experiences.
The Job
- Working closely with the Head of F1 Hospitality to design and deliver premium events and hospitality experiences.
- Client liaison to coordinate pre-race planning, supplier management and on the ground logistics.
- Tracking contractual F1 hospitality assets and ticket allocation
- Hosting and management of C suite level guests on site
- Close collaboration with rights holders to ensure approvals and deadlines are met
The Candidate
- Prior hospitality experience is essential, ideally within F1 or other large-scale sports events
- Experience managing complex, international guest experiences
- Previous Experience working within a client facing role
- A quick thinker who is solutions focused with impeccable attention to detail who delivers first rate results!
