They're seeking a candidate with stand out experience in music and wider creative industries focusing in eCommerce. You would get the opportunity to bring your own perspective to this music company into the ecomm management team.
Key responsibilities will include:
Contribute effort into maintain a high standard of eCommerce service to the music company and the associated artists
Overseeing the launch of new stores for artists and working with the store management to oversee builds and launches
Manage relationships with partners in the eCommerce sector, main brand owners and tech teams
On-board new potential tools for eCommerce and utilise their benefits
A key focus on driving site analytics and reporting to understand cart abandonment and drop offs
Manage the entire eCommerce store management team and overseeing the teams day to day management of the web stores associated with the music company
Build relationships and report on store performances and identify the benefits and flaws of campaigns
Overseeing product project management boards with operation teams and store managers
The ideal candidate will have:
Strong eCommerce and store management experience
Excellent problem solving skills and critical thinking
Comfortable with google analytics and a range of ecommerce reporting tools
Team management experience
Experience in music or wider creative industries
Experience with Shopify and the ability to work with store CMS
