Handle have partnered with a world leading members club that is reopening its doors and seeking a Head of Digital. This member's club offers beautiful gardens, bars, restaurants, and event facilities in addition to a forward-thinking arts and music programme.
The Head of Digital is required to oversee every digital and tech-related aspect of the members club with a strong emphasis on creating a seamless user journey and digital experience for members. You must be an accomplished "end to end" digital product architect with strong project management abilities and provide a seamless digital ecosystem.
Responsibilities -
- With the help of third-party developers/agencies, build the company's fully integrated digital stack to include:
- CRM / Membership software
- Member app
- Website
- EPOS
- Stock-taking / Kitchen software
- Event management
- Customer recognition software/hardware
- Reservations
- Physical in-club digital infrastructure
- Finalise all UX wireframes and workflows for sign off on both app and website, deliver beta phase testing across a small audience before go-live launch dates
- Acquisition and management of social media handles, measure the efficiency of digital platforms
- Act as the company's main adviser on all issues relating to digital and tech infrastructure, Support the day-to-day IT operations within the business
- Ensure compliance with all data, tech and related legal requirements, keeping up to date with regulatory changes (eg GDPR, website privacy policy, cookie policies etc)
You will have -
- You will be able to demonstrate previous work history where you have worked on projects which include user-focused digital product development, clear value creation with strong ROI, and detailed analytical tools.
- You will have a naturally entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to keep the UX and customer journey front and centre of all decisions whilst balancing this with good, commercial sense.
- Experience of managing and integrating multiple platforms, software and hardware
- Recent experience of CRMs inc data management, reporting and analysis
