Handle Recruitment are delighted to be working with one of the most iconic and influential music businesses in search of a Head of Analytics. This is a unique opportunity, and one that would lead on the analytics strategy across various touchpoints within the business.
Responsible for leveraging data across streaming, social, CRM and digital partners you will work in partnership with senior stakeholders with an aim to translate business requirements into insight.
Key Responsibilities:
Build out campaign, marketing and benchmarking analytics alongside the Head of Marketing Analytics
Consult alongside the various business areas to identify strategic analysis to answer key questions an build out recommendations and best practices
Lead and manage the analytics team of 3, ensuring that they are working effectively and collaboratively
Regular work with various stakeholders to translate business requirements into developing local analytics tools
You Will Have:
Ideally 8+ years' experience within analytics, with an understanding of a music label environment
Experience in managing a successful team
Great data analysis abilities (eg. SQL, Python) and experience with data visualisation tools (eg. Tableau)
Strong analytical and consulting skills, rooted in the ability to draw findings from multiple data points
A consultative approach with the natural ability to manage great working relationships
