One of the leading music businesses in the country is looking for a Growth & Insights Senior Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving the success of the Production Music departments by providing insightful analysis and informed strategy. In this newly established position, you will be responsible for utilizing your analytical skills and data-driven mindset and work in some amazing projects.
Key responsibilities include:
- Identify and gather data from internal and external sources to support analysis and drive insights
- Develop and implement an insights strategy to support marketing campaigns and departmental goals
- Generate reports and analyses independently and present to relevant stakeholders
- Partner with the product team to improve website UI/UX based on insights and trends
- Drive the creation of effective paid advertising campaigns across global channels
- Implement SEO best practices to improve online visibility and engagement
- Provide a critical perspective to enhance marketing efficiency
- Establish ROI models for traditional marketing activities such as events, sponsorships, and print advertising
- Seek out new growth opportunities.
The ideal candidate will have:
- Strong analytical skills and data-driven approach
- Proven experience sourcing and analyzing large data sets
- Ambitious and driven with a desire to succeed in this role
- Skilled in data visualization and presentation
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Proactive problem-solver with the ability to work effectively in ambiguous situations
- Experience in project management and CRM
- Confident self-starter with experience in creating automated campaigns
- Familiarity with HTML/CSS, Google Ad Words, Google Analytics, and social media advertising
