A major player in the music industry is currently looking for an big company FP&A Manager to join them for a period of 6 months. This is to cover them whilst they look for a permanent hire so could also be a temporary to permanent opportunity for the right person!

Based in very nice offices in Central London day to day duties would include:

  • Supporting the annual Group Planning cycle in UK
  • Facilitating and managing the planning processes
  • Being the business partner for UK Sync team tracking actual to plan, aiding budget management
  • Integrating with FP&A team and UK segments to become an effective intermediary between UK, central and affiliate teams
  • Work with UK FP&A to build and execute performance reporting frameworks that drive actionable and impactful business priorities
  • Identify and interpret industry trends and variances
  • Ensuring the timely reporting of all monthly, quarterly and year-end financial information to internal and group deadlines
  • Responsible for pulling together the consolidated UK P&L and coordinating and consolidating the "UK financial story" for wider circulation to UK CFO, UK board and Group
  • Support segmental FP&A teams to understand the key drivers of variances to Budget and Forecast
  • Support the implementation of group wide automation initiatives in UK, explicitly the design and roll out of strategy reporting tools and integrity of data
  • Act as a key facilitator between Business Intelligence, Data Analysts, IT, FP&A and UK Business to ensure that teams are being supported with self-serve data driven solutions to drive impactful decision making
