A new vacancy has arisen with one of Handle Recruitment's Music clients for a Financial Planning Analyst. Working for this globally recognised Music giant, the position is ideal for a newly qualified accountant (ACA/ACCA/CIMA) Based the heart of London, this progressive analyst position will report into senior figures within the finance department and across the different labels and the business.

Key Responsibilities will include:

  • Assistance with financial planning

  • Assistance with financial modelling

  • Data analysis and manipulation

  • Market and competitor analysis

  • Assistance with budgets and forecasts

  • Creating and presenting weekly reports for senior label management and business heads


Suitable for a candidate with previous Finance experience within Music, you will be highly proactive, organised, and motivated. You will have also had a real passion for, and knowledge of the Music Industry and be experienced in financial planning and managing large sets of music data.

Essential Experience/Qualifications:

  • Possess a finance qualification (ACA/CIMA/ACCA)

  • Spent time working in an accounting function accounting/analyst role within the music industry

  • Experience of working with Excel and Microsoft packages

  • SAP system experience is desirable but not essential
