An exciting, cutting-edge creative technology company are seeking a Finance Director.
The role will initially be focused on cashflow management, implementing solid systems especially re job profitability, 2022 Management Accounts review and finance team potential restructure. Once on firmer ground, this role will support the CEO in seeking a future investment partner.
The role has a clear focus on cashflow and the core financial dynamics of the business is required - a hands on approach and willingness to get into the detail, including the production of management accounts and other financial reports.
You will work closely with the founder of the business (to whom you will report) and be supported by one full time finance assistant. Additional interim finance support will also be needed in the short term to get the finance function 'investor ready'.
