Global ecommerce business seeks an experienced Finance Systems Analyst to join them on a permanent basis.
With 1 direct report and working to a hybrid working pattern you would be responsible for the day to day running for the finance systems (Netsuite, SAP and Anaplan) business partnering with the finance, transformation and IT teams.
All applicants must have experience using both Netsuite at SAP in a hands on role supporting a finance function.
Duties will include:
- Being the dedicated finance NetSuite key user and go to person for systems and reporting across the finance teams
- Representing the Group Finance team in delivering SAP Central Finance project and manage the resolution of "Business As Usual" technical / interface or reporting issues
- Working closely with internal functions to drive consistency and accuracy of information across the various finance systems (Anaplan, Netsuite, SAP Central Finance)
- Leading the Finance Master Data team, taking ownership of finance master data governance, controls, maintenance and clear up across the financial systems
- Collaborating with Internal Controls Function and Business System Teams to implement, improve and automate internal controls across finance processes (O2C, P2P, R2R)
- Business partner with finance and supply chain team to identify process and automation to promote governance, efficiency and scalability of operations, capturing clear requirements, and dependencies, and present clear projects list to Group Finance Mgt and Transformation office
- Working closely with Business Transformation team and Business systems team to drive continuous improvement in both efficiency and governance in finance systems / processes, including prioritising and taking the project lead on finance system related projects.
- Updating and maintain NetSuite System flow documentation and define best practice finance processes
- Managing the reporting library, build and tailor reports to fulfil finance needs
- Providing first line of support for finance system related issues and facilitate training to finance users.
