I am working with a fast-paced Events company based in West London who are looking for a super organised Executive Assistant to come in and support the CEO and the Group Execs!

If you are a great communicator, detail-oriented, adept at multitasking and have the experience in being a critical link between the Executive function and various stakeholders, then this is the perfect opportunity for you!

This role offers flexible, hybrid working with 3 days in the office, as well as the opportunity to really make and grow this role!

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage daily schedules, including meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
  • Provide support for Board and Executive meetings including preparation of group exec board meeting agendas, materials and presentations as required.
  • Coordinate and plan internal and external events, including staff meetings, client engagements, and special events, ensuring they run smoothly and reflect the company's brand and values.
  • Handling sensitive information and maintain the highest level of discretion and confidentiality.
  • Assist in project management and execution as directed.

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Previous experience as an Executive Assistant, preferably in the events or media industry.
  • Be Tech-Savvy!
  • Strong organisational skills with attention to detail.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Flexibility to work outside of standard business hours as needed.
