A knowledgeable and adaptable Executive Assistant, with experience in supporting at senior level along with a passion for the world of Arts, is required to join one of the world's leading Art Galleries. This role will be based between their 2 London offices on a Hybrid basis. This exciting role entails providing a Senior Executive with full, seamless support as well as assisting with event coordination, client networking and proactively managing the Senior Executive's commitments and always staying one step ahead.

The successful candidate will have the opportunity to:

  • Coordinating a busy schedule, meetings and appointments and develop an understanding of priorities and commitments.
  • Project manage the Senior Executive's online profile and social media accounts.
  • Establishing and maintain relationships with potential and existing clients.
  • Proactively drafting and preparing presentations as briefed by the Senior Executive.
  • Prepare travel itineraries and travel information packs.
  • Plan and run team events where required.
  • Liaise with and gather information from gallery staff on behalf of the Director and arrange regular meetings as required.

The Executive Assistant's skills:

  • Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or PA to C Suite/Senior Leadership level.
  • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information accordingly.
  • Proficient in managing and prioritising multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Tech savvy including MS Suite (Word, Excel and PowerPoint)
  • Confident using own initiative to get work done.
