Handle have the pleasure of partnering with a leading, independent promoter of live entertainment, working across UK, Europe and now North America. Priding themselves on their innovative approach to promotion, our client are seeking a candidate with excellent experience in booking, production logistics and ticketing to join their team.

They're seeking an Event Ticketing Manager who has a passion for live music and events and is seeking to oversee the overall execution of ticketing for the events and festivals. Working in support to the Ticketing Director you would get the opportunity to have full control of the entire event ticketing process. If you have experience in ticketing at festivals or arena touring, this could be an ideal opportunity to be part of some of the biggest upcoming events in the UK and Europe.

Key features will include:

  • Communicating directly with promoters, ticket agents, venues and stakeholders to provide ticketing advise
  • Alerting the CEO & CCO on ticketing advise
  • Responsibility for preparing for events, including price structures, seating plans and working with the respective artist, venue, record label etc
  • To focus on maximising ticket sales and revenue by over-viewing sales performances
  • Reporting on events and track sales/revenue in excel documents
  • Setting ticket stock and calculate ticket stock requirements
  • Processing internal ticket orders including artist management and label requests
  • Working closely with the marketing and digital teams to make sure all events are supported in line with forecasts and sales to ensure show(s) success
  • Producing event sales forecasts and keeping them consistently updated

The ideal candidate will have:

  • 3-5 years ticketing experience across music event ticketing, ideally for a music promoter, large scale venue, or ticket agent
  • An eagle eye attention to detail
  • Confident in executing all aspects of ticketing in tour roll out to the field/venues
  • Stand out verbal and written communicational skills
  • Ability to monitor financial reconciliations, fee calculations and pricing structures
