Handle are thrilled to be working on another exciting role with one of the leading music brands in the world. They work along sire a leading merchandise brand which prides itself in bringing music and fashion together.

As a eCommerce Planner, you will support the busy D2C department of the brands merchandising division. You would be responsible for planning leading artists online shops working closely with Brand Management, Marketing and Creative. You will play a vital role in the development and growth of ecommerce and implement a variety of strategies, including product and trends, analytics and individual store forecasts.

Key responsibilities:

  • Managing all inventory across the eCommerce stores, reviewing on hand quantities
  • Determining sock positions based on weekly supplies and current sell through and artists life cycle
  • Regular store visits and constant communication with Commercial Store Director
  • Project sales and inventory or core products
  • Work closely with the analytics team and prepare data analysis that will identify excess inventory
  • Managing incoming buys and time-lines for key stakeholders of each store
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with the in-house production team
  • Identifying items for promotions and marketing strategies
  • Work with the logistics team to ensure incoming orders are coming in properly.
  • Manage track orders to ensure timely delivery of merchandise

The ideal candidate will have:

  • A professional demeanour and strong judgement
  • Experience in supporting an executive team
  • Comfortable in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to interact with outside partners and maintain confidentiality
