This team if one of the key foundational channels to help bring artists and their fans together. This role will be vital for helping shape and deliver future marketing growth strategies. You will be a key merchandise production lead for the brands ecommerce product development strategy. As a Production Manager you will work closely with the brands labels and internal teams to help manage and product merchandise product ranges with labels and external suppliers. You will get the chance to deliver high quality products in-line with seasons and trends, a unique role where you can implement production and creative elements.
Key responsibilities include:
- Managing print production time-lines and work-flows for a variety of artists representing the label
- Working with design and creative teams for full production briefs and over-viewing any technical or production restrictions
- Provide product solutions or workarounds to suppliers
- Assessing and researching any new print suppliers
- Arranging and implementing weekly meetings for the label marketing teams to discuss production
- Managing print production work-flow to estimate and arrange visuals for approval, sampling, oversee production and on-time deliveries
- Working with the central ecommerce operations team to make sure that the products are delivered on time to the selected warehouse partners
The ideal candidate will have:
- Experience in product development in music merchandise
- A love and passion of music and fashion and how it relates to merchandise
- Provide a creative mindset to create exciting and engaging products
- Understanding of creating products for ecommerce brands
- Print on demand experience
- Stand-out written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to communicate with third parties
