Are you a savvy eCommerce marketer with a passion for driving innovative strategies? Handle are working with one of the words most dynamic and successful Record Label, working behind the scenes with their biggest frontline artists. They're looking for an enthusiastic individual to spearhead our eCommerce initiatives and create memorable campaigns that elevate the direct-to-consumer retail experience.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Collaborate within the commercial team to shape and execute the eComm marketing strategy for artists' eCommerce stores and campaigns.
  • Forge strong partnerships with our paid media agency to strategise, plan, and execute compelling campaigns.
  • Cultivate close relationships with stakeholders, central teams, and artist managers.
  • Develop and codify eCommerce marketing best practices, spanning product and content marketing, search, and paid media.
  • Utilise your expertise to track and segment diverse audiences.
  • Evaluate and communicate marketing performance, translating analytical insights into actionable strategies that fuel customer growth and engagement.
  • Oversee eCommerce pricing and promotional strategies, using data-driven analytics to track campaigns
  • Manage the marketing flow of eComm stores in collaboration with the central team, optimizing abandoned basket, upsell, and cross-sell promotions.
  • Define and implement social commerce opportunities on a per-artist basis, collaborating with labels to ensure effective strategies for live channels while continuously enhancing performance.

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Thrives under pressure, excelling in deadline-driven environments.
  • Adept at multitasking, prioritisation, and project management across various campaigns.
  • Strong presentation skills, capable of conveying complex ideas with clarity.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Photoshop.
  • Solid background in eComm retail, with a understanding of music new release product campaigns.
  • Exceptional analytical acumen.
  • Experienced in interpreting quantitative and qualitative data to drive meaningful strategies.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
