Calling all immediately available E-commerce coordinators! Fantastic new opportunity to support E-comm Project Manager at this market leading Music Merch business based in Central London. You will play a pivotal role in the delivery of multiple projects in a fast-paced, busy and fun environment. Previous Ecommerce experience will be required and duties to include:

Daily product administration across a large roster of UK e-Commerce artist stores

  • Day to day campaign support for multiple artists, ensuring products are set up, listed, images sourced, prices correct and on time to fixed deadline launches.

  • Work with UK supply chain, planning, and production, to ensure products are kept in stock to maximise sales potential throughout product lifecycle

  • Contribute to brainstorming assortments for new product ranges across a catalogue of artists

  • Work closely with Brand Management to drive and execute campaigns that elevate the artist brand

  • Monitoring store merchandising of pages and categories in line with analytics and data to optimise conversion

  • Manage relationships with our key partners in the e-Commerce space, notably the Labels, brand owners, tech team and finance teams, warehouse team, procurement and merchandise companies, artist managers and ticket agencies

  • Analyse and report on store conversion date and analytics to drive better data led decisions in the d2c & eCommerce space

  • Commercial & analytical approach to business, adept at working and achieving store revenue targets

  • Strong understanding of core eComm best practice focused on achieving time delivery to the fan

  • Demonstrable eComm experience in music or fashion space

  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written

  • Ability to work under pressure and to strict deadlines

  • Ability to multitask & prioritise and project manage multiple stores and campaigns

  • Flexibility to work hours above the normal working hours if needed

  • Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint & basic Photoshop skills
