My client is looking for a highly organized, agile, and proactive individual to join them. This role involves providing administrative support to their CEO, overseeing projects, facilitating communication across all areas of the operation, and acting as a liaison between the CEO and internal and external stakeholders.

  • Provide executive-level administrative support to the CEO and wider leadership team, including managing multiple calendars, expenses, scheduling meetings and preparing documents, presentations, and contracts.

  • Proactively manage operational objectives, taking ownership of CEO-assigned special projects and initiatives.

  • Develop and manage project plans to drive initiatives, ensuring timely completion of key milestones.

  • Act as a key point of contact between the CEO, leadership team and external stakeholders, managing communication and co-ordinating meetings.

  • Oversee pre-opening budget administration, including invoicing and monthly reporting.

  • Ensure the smooth operation and interactions of the team to optimise efficiency and communication.

  • Prepare presentations and reports and support the executive team with project administration, stakeholder communication, and follow-up.

  • Contractor management.

  • Assist the CEO and shareholders in preparing investor presentations.

  • Conduct ad hoc research and analysis to support the pre-opening process.

The ideal candidate will have 5yrs proven experience in similar role, with excellent communication skills, be highly literate and numerate, and possess strong emotional intelligence. If you thrive in a fast-moving, multi-tasking environment and are highly organized and structured.

This is a permanent role, due to start in May, paying £55k + bonus. Working hybrid 3 days office, 2 home, coupled with visits to their central London offices.
